Individual homes. A shared point of view.
Well-made spaces.
Days that feel a little different.
Find your place with Pavilion.
A home is more than a place
The first coffee. The friends who stay for dinner. The quiet corner that’s just for you. We look for spaces that make room for all of it.
A little about usThe Pavilion edit / 03 homes
A little less scrolling. A little more seeing.
Choose the spaces that speak to you.
We’ll help you take a closer look.

02 Make it a little more yours.
This is a viewing enquiry, not a booking. We’ll discuss availability and arrangements with you. All homes in this demo are fictional.

Choose up to three homes to begin.
On your side, from the start
The right move begins with the right conversation.
Start with the way you want to live. We shape a shortlist around your priorities, make space for useful questions and help you compare the homes you see.
Give the right details room to stand out. We bring the plan, materials and daily character of a home into one considered presentation.
Explore a new setting with a little structure. We help you articulate what matters, review different types of home and identify the questions for your next visit.
Tell us about the routines, people and possibilities your next home needs to hold. A useful brief begins with you.
Look at a small selection together. Use the viewing planner to choose the homes and details you would like to explore.
Bring your notes and questions back to the conversation. Any viewing arrangements and practical next steps are agreed with you.
People, before property
“A good home isn’t one thing. It’s the way all the little things come together for the person who lives there.”

The things that stay with you
We thought we wanted more rooms. Talking through a normal week helped us realise we wanted a better connection to the garden.
The presentation noticed the things we had lived with for years: the shaded table, the courtyard and the way the rooms connect.
Having a short list of questions gave each viewing a purpose. It was easier to compare what would work for us.
Some searches start with a feeling, rather than a list. Tell us yours.
The journal

Living outside / 3 min read
Between the living room and the garden, a covered terrace can become the most adaptable part of a home. Look closely at the threshold.

Material notes / 3 min read
One strong colour can give a house its identity. The quieter decisions around it are what make the rooms comfortable to live in.

A closer look / 3 min read
A beautiful outlook is easy to remember. A good viewing also makes time for the rooms, routes and details outside the frame.
Your next chapter

It starts with a good conversation.
Tell us what’s on your mind.
We’ll take it from there.
